All rules follow the AMA rulebook. The following is a list of series rules.

  1. All riders are responsible for attending Riders Meeting.
  2. NO spectator or Pit riding permitted.
  3. Warm-up riding is limited to the start area and only after an official has given permission and the rider has registered for the event.
  4. Riders must not exceed 1st gear idle when traveling to and from their pit area and must always wear a helmet.
  5. Riders must register for the race before riding their machine anywhere.
  6. Riders will receive a bar code, a colored helmet tag upon registration. The bar code must be placed on the lower left chin side of the helmet; the colored helmet tag must be placed on the back of the helmet.
  7. Once all riders are on the starting line and a riders bike will not start or is malfunctioning, the starter may grant that rider up to and no more than 5 minutes to correct problem.  After 5 minutes, the race will start regardless and you must push machine out of the way of other riders.  
  8. Riders may not be serviced or pitted near the scoring area.
  9. Radios are permitted between pit crew members, but not with riders.
  10. Rider Contact: Deliberate ramming, blocking, or intentional contact with another rider may be cause for penalty.
  11. Rider Conduct: Unsportsman-like conduct may result in penalty, including disqualification.
  12. Team Tactics: Team tactics that are not permitted include blocking, allowing another rider to pass in order to affect the outcome of the race, or exchanging machines in order for another rider to continue the race. Riders involved may be disqualified from the race and the next scheduled race.
  13. Youth riders may not ride adult classes.
  14. Riders under the age of 18 must provide a photo I.D. with proof of age "upon request" at time of registration and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or notarized consent.
  15. ATV riders must be 16 years of age or older to race, with the exception of participants in the Youth ATV program.
  16. Riders are responsible for the actions of their entire family and pit crew. Riders and/or family and pit crew who direct foul and abusive language to an Official, Promoter, or other riders, are subject to disqualification of that event or series. Any unnecessary trouble caused by these individuals puts that rider at risk for disqualification.
  17. The Promoter may disqualify any rider, crew member or family member from a race meet for violation of any rule or conduct, or any action deemed detrimental to the race of the sport. Such disqualification includes the loss of any rights with regard to the event in question and may result in the expulsion from the meet site and series entry.
  18. The Promoter is empowered to suspend any rider, crew member or family member for a period of any amount of time for violation of any rules or other actions deemed to be detrimental to the sport.
  19. Any rider or spectator altering or placing dangerous objects on the course, which causes injury to riders or spectators or alters the outcome of the race, will be held criminally and financially responsible for any losses that may occur.
  20. Riders must be at least 14 years of age, with proof of age if questionable, to race in the adult bike race.
  21. Paul Koontz Motorsports Promotions, LLC staff, will deal with any circumstance not covered in these General Rules.
